software/data on a computer.
Computer
Damage:- Intentionally
damages or destroys a computer, its components or the software and/or data
contained on a computer, OR
- Intentionally
and without authorization, or with intent to defraud alters a computer, its
components or the software and/or data, OR
- Distributes
a destructive computer program without authorization and with intent to destroy
or damage any computer or data/software contained within.
Both are
treated as a felony if the damage exceeds $500, and misdemeanors if the damage
is less than $500.
